Hello my friend! I'm so very happy with my weight loss, even though it's a lot slower than I would like it to be! I have lost 22 lbs since December! I really started in November, but only "half hearted", and got serious in Dec. before my knee surgery.  I only got 20 more to go before the doctor will be happy! YEA ME!

Hi Cheryl. Your message shows white on my page. Not sure why it came up black with yours, but that’s ok as if that ever happens and I don’t see the text I highlight it and it shows.  Those summer storms can be a bit noisy but its good that you got the rain.  I hope your hubby is doing well now and is back to his normal self as it’s not pleasant being ill and also a worry for you. Yes Summer can be a little hard to live with especially when it’s humid. Temps here today are in the high 40’s now but will reach the mid 50’s later. The past few mornings have been very frosty. Warming up here too in a few more days. We've had a couple of cooler days, which has been nice, I was able to get some work done outside. We're going to the mountains this weekend, leaving Friday mid day. I'm sure it will be much cooler there..it's 3 1/2 hours west of us. One of our favorite places, Bryson City NC. We will take a train ride on Saturday. Summer is here, so hopefully it will be kind..no major storms.

I hope you are doing well, and have a wonderful midweek my friend! I'm heading to Hobby Lobby, to get some walking done in the AC, it's to hot and humid for me to walk outside this morning.

Middle of the week Wednesday.  Is it still hot?  Do you have a waterfall near you?  

For this last Wednesday of the month of June, let's pretend.  Dream about a beautiful waterfall where you can get your feet wet in the rushing water.  

I don't want to be too near a great big waterfall because the noise alone is scary.  

If the waterfall is too tall, then it is a hard climb to get to the top or to the bottom!  

But if the waterfall was just right, it would be fun to stand behind it and peek through it to the other side.  

Now with the moonlight shining down, it would be romantic and some music would make it perfect.  See you Saturday!!!

Cheryl, I pray you have traveling mercy upon you two as you go for the doctors visit!! Boyd's sister, Bess, is having surgery in the morning. Fell, broke her left arm last Friday. Chipped her shoulder too. Grateful for your friendship! Hugs Shirley

Wow! Finally got my Cpap machine this morning! Three weeks without! Hooked it up, won't work!! A guy is to call again in the morning! We are fine just busy. Boyd's sister, fell Friday evening. Hospital said she broke her arm and to see orthopedic doctor this morning. She has chipped her shoulder bone also! Surgery in the morning. Prayers certainly appreciated. Shirley
