Hip Hip Hurray!  It is Taco Tuesday and we are meeting a friend for a short visit.

Evening got   2 feet of snow  still snowing  i tried  to shovel was able to get th door open, only did a little, to heavy got out of breath.,  my son was doing his and got overheated

told him to stop heart attaches run in my family. hired someone to do my shoveling tomorrow., have a good night.

Magnesium is a natural muscle relaxer. Those pain meds will work, but just be mindful of the side effects.
