in most cases there is a way to go. 

Move forward by assessing the facts, 

with a vision of the ideal outcome in mind. 

Act with kindness, consideration and care. 

And if there's still no path,

They called off work yesterday and today. I took some PTO time so I could get paid anyway.  Some of you have told me your weather is worse than mine. Right now minus 4 degrees and 9 inches of snow.
