Getting ready for the supposed winter storm coming this way. Won't know till tomorrow sometime what to expect in the way of snow. In the mean time making some comfort food in the cast iron pot to last the next few days, good music set up and an adult beverage to keep warnm with or share if anyonw should stop by. I think I made a wrong move today and ended up with pain in my lower back. I went to a PT session and had some tests done, and everything looks fine, but I’m still feeling uncomfortable. I’m going to take a muscle relaxer and rest for the rest of the day. I’ll see how I feel tomorrow and may need to call out.
