I apologize for being MIA this past week. I wasn’t feeling well, as many of you know, I’ve been dealing with some back issues and attending physical therapy sessions. Unfortunately, the sessions seemed to irritate my central nerves and made things worse. I was put on a prednisone treatment along with muscle relaxers, which left me pretty drowsy.

Thank you so much, my Boomer friends, for all the love and for checking in on me. Your messages truly meant a lot
