32° aujourd'hui avec de la pluie cette nuit et ce matin... 24° en intérieur sans climatisation, j'ai des arbres qui font de l'ombre et des courants d'air.... ahhhhhh

I took my morning walk, afterwards, decided I need to go at 7 a.m. instead of at 8..it was fine at the beginning, but by the end of my walk, it was just getting too humid, so only got a mile...tryinig to get more than a mile a day in...2, 500 steps is way short of 10,000 "they" recommend. I wonder if I'll ever make that amount, probably not...LOL!
