It is Saturday and time to get up and decide what you will do with your day!
The cool mornings are the best time of the day to sit on the patio and read. The birds are out and about and singing to each other.
If you have lots of energy to burn, you can go skating down the street or riding a bicycle. Even a walk around the block will get your heart pumping!
I love plants and enjoy spending time watering them as we still have warm temperatures and no rain.
In preparation for cooler temperatures, I have started repotting and bringing a few indoors that don't like cold weather just in case there is a sudden cold snap.
Our living room ceiling is too high, but isn't this a cute idea for hanging plants? So whatever your Saturday plans are I hope you have fun with someone you love.
It’s finally Friday night, and that weekend feeling has officially kicked in! Whether your week flew by or dragged on forever, we made it—and now it's time to unwind, recharge, and do whatever makes you happy (or absolutely nothing at all ).
Got any fun plans? Games to catch up on, movies to binge, or just chilling in your PJs with snacks and music? I’d love to hear what you’re all up to!
Let’s make the most of the weekend—whatever that looks like for each of us. Sending good vibes your way!
Thank you so kinddly Bobby. So glad that the Dr. gave you a midicine that works for you. I have tried Dihydropyridine before, and it didn't help. I seen a specialist today, and he gave me Meclizine, and he said physical therapy can play a crucial role in managing and treating vertigo and my migraines. So I will be starting physical therapy on Tuesday. I will keep you posted on my progress. Have a wonderful weekend. Hugs

I'm sorry to hear that you have been dealing with vertigo. I have been suffering from vertigo off and on since 2020. I have been in and out of every doctor's office in the city, not to mention the ER a couple of times a month. Thankfully, I got a new doctor a few months ago who treated me, and I haven't had an episode of vertigo ever since. She prescribed me a medication called Dihydropyridine 16mg, and I'll tell you, Mia, it is a game-changer for me. I hope you feel better soon, Mia. Welcome back
