Oh my is it humid here. More rain is coming this afternoon. And Saturday and Sunday are going to get up to 102F. Don't like the heat or humdity. The humidity takes alot out of me. Hello my friend! I'm so very happy with my weight loss, even though it's a lot slower than I would like it to be! I have lost 22 lbs since December! I really started in November, but only "half hearted", and got serious in Dec. before my knee surgery. I only got 20 more to go before the doctor will be happy! YEA ME!

I haven't been outside today so I don't know what it feels like. Had to turn on the air contioner cause it was getting warm in the house. How is the weather where you live?
