A frend told me about Casteroil patches. I never heard of it. I looked on amazon and they sell them for all parts of the body. You use them to cover up what you massage casteroil on, and use a heating pad for a hour on, and it takes the inflamation away.
I'm dealing with a little stiffness yet no pain. I wish someone would have told me earlier. It works on the knee/
