ok these last few days busy oct.9 got my flu shot oct 22 magram, oct.23 eye doctor, today 27 back to dr. miller just because the insurance form had to filled out by the doctor doctor miller said to me i just saw you mary what are you here i smille and said the insurance whant you to fill it out, turn out his asistant fax it out for me, all i did wait for dr. miller say it was nice to see me again i got home in time for see general hospital and i hope no more iam now relaxing note i lost 4 or 5 lb, this was yesterday , have a good morning just finish zumba good morning, dear friends.
Having a pumpkin spice latte this morning Ally. It is overcast for the next few days. A light shower now and then so they say. Definitely fall weather. I see parents buying costumes and candy for the kids. I'm glad it will definitely be milder than previous years for trick for treating. Church is doing a trunk or treat. Should be fun.
