Chez moi le temps n’est pas folichon, il est triste car aujourd’hui c’est une triste journée, mon cœur pleure depuis la semaine dernière notre jeune voisin de 19 ans, a été tué lâchement pour son homophobie, un jeune homme sans histoire qui promenait son grand-père malade en fauteuil roulant après ses cours
It sure does exist:-) I grew up fishing there every summer. It's not a big, fancy lake, but my grandparents had a cabin there, so I go for sentimental reasons. Do you fish, Myriam?

I get an epidural shot of steriods to stop the inflammation that squeezes nerves causing pain. I basically could not sit up for 3 yrs & fell twice from sciatica flare. Originally, I got two shots near the affected nerves (I feel it in the lower right hip). But after 3x of the procedure, the doc hit a nerve & sent what felt like lightening down my leg & felt it was "too tight in there" & switched to an epidural. One shot near tailbone. Fast but super uncomfortable. I need a consult before setting up the shot appt.; such a waste of time.
For about 4 yrs I went to a chiropractor & that helped. But then it got to a point where I needed to go every day for relief. And I couldn't do that. So I retired & sat around until they offered the shots.

Hope your week is off to a good start. I have a consult today before getting my regular back shot. It's tedious; however, insurance insists so off I go to tell the doc 'yes my back is killing me since the last shot in March but it's improved overall since I started the shots in late 2022.'
