Hi Deb - What type of strengthening exercises are you doing for your knees? I know walking is suppose to be the best, but I'd like to know what else is good for strengthening knees.. That's great that you lost 11 pounds since December! Women usually hold onto their weight more so than men do and they can always lose weight faster than women.. Doesn't seem right, but that's usually how it goes.. Did you ever hear of the weekly injection called Wegovy for weight loss? What do you think of it?

I remember having a conversation with one of my docs a few years ago about men/women and weight loss. She shrugged and said it was just wrong how her husband could just cut out evening snacks, and he would drop several pounds. She could do the same thing and no weight loss period. I'm at a plateau now since going on keto 5 years ago. I lost a total of 33 pounds. Still same weight now..haven't gained any of that lost weight back, but I'd love to still lose about 15 more pounds. I'm still walking daily, though with our 90 degree temps hitting this week, I'll have to do more walking in the early part of the day.
This is what my hair looked like today. I had a doctor appoinment that was an hour away. Went to Bealls, and then to Walmart. My hair looked or felt so lovely when I went in each store. Then I went and got some food and a drink at Sonic and ate in my car. Then I went across the street to Braums to use their restroom. Then I went to my appoinment. I was constantly trying to calm down my hair. It looked so good before I left the house. I hope your day has been good. Mine as you can see, its been busy.
