Tuesday, our Tacos & Run Errands Day.  We got 16 bags of mulch yesterday on sale but they will have to wait until the coming weekend.  I am working on Wednesday because they will all be at a meeting.  

Spotting the Blimp yesterday reminded me how much I love Hot Air Balloons.  We have been to Plano to watch them and it will be time this summer for the Festival again.  

Just imagine up in the air and no one else around.  Peace and solitude.  

Or lots of other beautiful balloons all around you!  

And looking down or off in the distance at all things God has created.

I use my slow cooker a lot and batch freeze the remaining portions.  Not only is it simple as you can just throw everything in the pot but also economical.  Homemade is tasty and healthier as you know what's in them.  Although convenient, some TV dinners can be ultra-processed.  Happy healthy eating and Tuesday Hugs Deb.
