We are having a cold front coming through starting tomorrow.

Temps wont go past 70 for the rest of the week .

How have you been doing with your yoga ?

I was going through them  old AARP newspapers  and i save the Your Health articles  i have stacks of them and when i found the yoga article i was thinking of you .

She sure looked serious until i noticed she was  doing it while sitting on a chair  lol
