Good afternoon to you. We have gotten a lot of rain since yesterday. It rained most of the day yesterday and rained hard in the early morning hours. Thankful for that rain. I'm doing good. I feel like I can't get rested up from our trip to Oklahoma City on Tuesday. Always needing a nap. I put up a new profile picture today. I thought it looked good until I looked at my hair. The left side is thinner than the right. Looks kind of droopy. I need to get another perm soon. Then that side won't look that way. I hope you are having a good afternoon. Out ac system turns 20 years old in September. It's been a great unit. Has served us well. We've only had to replace 2 parts on it, and that was summer 2024. Our house is small, so it doesn't have to run hard. I do keep the thermostat on 73. Hubby freezes most of the time..(he's from Phoenix) They say "opposites attract". And that certainly fits us well.

Thursday, my last day to get things caught up at home.  Also softball playoffs start today and baseball playoffs start tomorrow.  

I will be wearing lots of TEXAS Longhorn ORANGE and cheering for our teams!  

I am hoping that they make it all the way to the Championship games.  

Don't you just love feeling the wind in your face?  Good luck to everyone for exciting games.  

Nowadays, it is just as much fun being at home in comfort watching games on the TV.  

We like having our own snacks and drinks close by too.
