Good Morning Wanda. Sounds like you have been very busy, Pretty soon you will be able to sit back some and relax.
When you do the caster oil you do it each night, Like I said pour a little in your hand rub it in your knee area , I can feel the temder spots when I rub it in and that's where I target more, You dont have to pour much to use maybe the size of a penny or nickle the most. then cover with the pad . I love the velcro ones because they stay on. and sit with a heating pad over the area for at least a hour,
So should see a relief in a week, and more after that.
