Hello Susan - What a lovely new page you have. You sure do change a lot. Thanks for sharing your back issues with me. I appreciate that. Did you ever go to a chiropractor? I've tried many different ones over the years, but never found one who had that magic touch for me. Sometimes the adjustment didn't even last until I got home. I could feel myself stiffening up in the car. Overall, never got more than a day or two of relief from any chiropractor, so I stopped trying to find the one who had the magic touch. Some people swear by them, but they just never worked for me. Good night.. xx Melinda
