Oh, Cheryl, it is hot! First day of our heat wave! It is 89 at this moment. Heat index is suppose to be as high as 110 this week. Our Buick is still in the garage in Warsaw. A week tomorrow. Pickup(2002) the air quit working last week! Hopefully get our car tomorrow! My back is throbbing right now. My sister-in-law, Bess, fell a week ago. Hurt her shoulder. Surgery this morning on her shoulder. Not sure what all they had to do. So three of us has tried to supply meals for her and her son that lives with her. She is a widow. 76 yrs old. Soup beans&cornbread and fried potatoes and smoked sausage for supper tonight. I made a new dessert. Three things you mix and put in graham pie crust. 1 can strawberry pie filling and 1 can eagle brand and 1 sm. cool whip. mixed together well and put into pie crust. Hugs Shirley
