next appoinetment 24,  hope your having a good day., wish I bought a pizza  but to much traffic at this time,., so Ill make hamburger and fries at home.

afternoon. just went for coffee today

tomorrow i have appointment at spaulding for vertigo., very  cold  in the 20's  but the sun out.
