Judy just left  after bringing in few groceries.
Yday was raining,,Judy called in afternoon and had lost power
as tree  in yard fell on power lines and whole town was out,
we lost power for about an hour then restored,
At 3 AM got up for a drink and saw a raccoon on porch step eating up 
the dry cat food , two mom cats had moved the kittens into
the2 dog houses on porch but werent inside with them  I hope
they are feeding them,,,poor il things so dependent on mom.
This morning fed everybody and saw SOME kittens still inside
the doghouses but not sure ALL were still there,  It was raining
so hard yday 1 mom moved 5 kittens into doghouse to get dry.
I only saw 3 in there today...sigh  The animal world is tough..

Red and white geraniums are blooming well and so bright and
cheery around base of hummer feeder I can see while at puter.
Petunias starting to fade but still trying lol
Cool front coming rest of week thankfully in low 70s vs 90s
we've been getting.
 Ordered an outside cat house,,will see if they take to it,,
on theporch is not good location for them..too much traffic,,
so will set this out in flower bed where they had kittens before
and see if works.

We got 2.25" of rain last night.  I went to bed after it stopped around 1 am and was up at 5 this morning.  I used to do all the mowing on our riding mower but since it died I haven't got the new zero turn figured out yet.  Besides, I love watching Rbt spin around on it.  He is magic!
