Jenna has been teaching in Tailand, so I'm really excited to see her! While they are here, my husband will drop the AC down from 78* to 76* for their comfort.

I’ve started taking St. John's wort again (just as I did after Pilou died) to help me feel a little less sad and hopeless following the passing of my beloved cat, Pompon.
St. John's wort has a way of making me more or less "indifferent" to everything around me...
