Hi, Pix! I cooked an interesting meal today in a one-pot pressure cooker.... at least, it was interesting to me! LOL... because it was the first time I've ever used a pressure cooker. Did a bottom round roast -- a very tough cut of meat -- and it came out tender! Time for homework now. How was your day? xoxo
