Hope tylenol helped. Haven't had potato salad in awhile. Sounds good! Hope to see some sun today.

We love Friday because we know the weekend will soon be here.  

The season is trying to change from Summer to Fall.  We had a day or two of cooler weather and almost 1/10" of rain.  

So between the change in temperatures and that Friday feeling, get out and kick up your heels today.  

Do something you love with someone you love to be with.  Show that you are still a child at heart.  

Love and laughter are contagious!  Share both with others every day!  You both will get something out of it.  

Have a peaceful and blessed night.

Here it is, Thursday already!  That means it is almost the weekend.  I need some coffee, would you like a cup?  

How do you drink it so hot?  On the other hand, how do you drink it iced or even cold?  This baby bear likes it just right!  

The other day, I took this picture of a Monarch butterfly on my Passion Vine.  I got a video too, but boy do they move all around a lot.  

Isn't this a cute idea?  If you have young grandchildren, this would be a fun project to do with them and then video them.  

I love Monarch butterflies and beautiful flowers too, but you already know that.  It has just been too hot here for flowers or roses to bloom.  

So as the sun begins to set, let's hope the temperatures remain cool not just tonight but tomorrow too.  Have a wonderful Weekend Eve!  Blessings & Hugs!  Pam

There are only 7 days left in the month of September counting this last Wednesday!  

The hot weather will soon be a thing of the past, for the most part.  So time to make one last splash!  

Do you use sunglasses all year long or just in the summer?  I very rarely put sunglasses on but Rbt has to wear the dark ones because of his glaucoma.  

Do you spoil your pet?  One of our 3 is very food driven and demands something from ME from the dinner table.  Yes she got french fries but no ketchup, because we rarely eat ketchup.  

Now that is not true at our home.  We are grateful for everyone they scare away, especially the squirrels.  That is why they get food off MY plate with just one cute begging look at me.  

True love and devotion and friendship is all we ask of our girls.  Share your love today!  Blessings & Hugs!  Pam

Good Tuesday Taco Morning to You!  I took this picture yesterday morning on the first day of Fall.  The colors had already started to fade by the time I got out there. 

I turned around and could see a rain cloud but under it were pretty clouds and even some blue skies.  

So, I took a panoramic picture.  I don't think the quality is as good but it sure does show the difference.  

As I turned to look toward the front of the house, I saw this rainbow that looked like it was blessing our home!  God's promise to us!  

So I thought I would take one more picture of the colors of an Autumn sky.  The Martens and Sparrows were still asleep in their house.  

But then, I saw one more view of the sun coming through the dense trees.  Hey, I did good with only 6 or 7 pictures instead of 15-20.  Anyway, I hope you enjoyed seeing what I see each morning.  God's handiwork is so different each day even if my hubby thinks they all look the same.

Not only is it Monday but it is the first day of Autumn!  My question is when will it begin to FEEL like Fall?  

Coffee is good every morning but when the temperatures start to cool off somehow the coffee tastes even better.  

I will agree that Fall has the prettiest colors of any season.  That is when God uses every shade of Orange in His box of colors.  

It seems like the world starts to slow down during this time of year as the trees and plants start to rest up too.  

In another month or so, as the days get darker, we will start to drag out the sweaters and before you know it winter will be here.  Boo Hiss!  

But for now, we will enjoy the season before us because God has a plan already in place for each of us.  His Blessings begin anew each day.

Hello, dear friend,

Well, here it is...

I'm back from my Sunday getaway...

It's
gray, but not raining, so I went out.

I ate quite well...but I would have been better off not going...

I was eating with gusto when a drunk customer, drenched in cigarette smoke, came in...

The smell ruined my appetite.

He sat down 4 meters away from me, but the whole restaurant reveled in his scent!!!

A table of 6 people, 2 meters away from him, ended up changing seats...

The guy, realizing it was to get away from him, made a fuss...

We all ignored him, and he finally fell silent.

With a knot in my stomach, I continued for a bit...then left, taking with me what I hadn't managed to eat, which the waitress kindly wrapped up for me.

It's for tonight!!

I'm going to eat what I love,  again: Chinese food!! (smiles).....lonely...but in peace !!
