Hi Ric. Just on 50* here this afternoon but now the evening is approaching it’s on the way down again. We have had several very severe frosts this past two weeks. We are praying for some good rains but up until now that hasn’t happened.
I’ve had a couple of lazy days just at home doing basics and nothing much else. Just been recharging my batteries:). You mentioned the temp was in the 90’s. That seems a little warm for your spring weather. What have you been doing? Hope you have a pleasant day.God Bless. Pat*
Speaking of drains, we will be having pipes replaced soon. Over the years we've been gradually replacing original piping to our 1955 home. Will finish up the few that's needing replacement now that the laundry water (when draining) backs up. My sister had sone work done recently and her bill was 750.00. Her house is about the same age as ours, although hers sits flat on a cement slab. Ours does not..we actually have a crawl space. Always something, but it must get done. Waiting on pop up showers shortly..we need more rain..enjoy the new week...
