HI Rick! I saw one of our neighbors putting out their halloween decorations over the weekend, it's a GIANT skelton, standing inside a "graveyard"...they have a bunch of tombstones scattered around the front yard, last year they had "zombies" crawling up from the graves, I'm sure they'll do that again this year. LOL!
Also, there is now strings of lights you can hang all over the outside of your house, all year long, they change the colors depending on the holiday.. I've heard of several brands, I've even seen them at Target's last year...here's a link to one brand so you can see the lights on the house change colors:
