Oh my soul, please be quiet
This is not 'another diet'
Just a program of exchange
Though some things do seem strange
Raw vegetables and 'brock-o-lee'
Does not sound too good to me
Lots of tofu and bean sprouts
While my empty stomach shouts
The meaning here is quite plain;
This program is designed for pain
Someone with anorexia planned
A program that tastes like sand
My hands are sweating, my soul is dreading
I must keep this thing from spreading
My only hope, the paper shredder
It finally made this diet better

THE BIG BOOMER CLEANNUP
Well I did some house cleaning.. gardening whatever you want you wanna call it! I deleted about 40 people today and none of them noticed! What a shame! Oh well it cut my "friend" list down a lot and I have a few more I'm keeping my eye on and a few more to go!! Hated to do it but they just wanted to collect friends I guess! Anyway I love the rest of you and want only peace and love on my page from now on... no nudity or vulgarity or meanness.. just tranquility and peace.. Love and light to you all!!

Life's not about avoiding storms. instead, dance in the rain. The earth is so beautiful, why must we cause it's pain?
