most of us write lists to help aid memory . .. well xxShopping...?! but sometimes i lose the ...list!!. ..it is well known that a good nights sleep helps ..some people use meditation,,[yoga x]. .but a good diet is a help... too much sugar and alcohol...so a reduction is less work for the brain ...... ...research shows caffeine in coffee...and in green tea c[_]......also dark chocolate....:) help memory retention..the cocoa flavonoids..active compounds..improve blood flow to the Brain ...and ,,so....Boost Brain Function ...Good News x!!......I.ll try chocolate !!!
