how  can you improve your apple pie...a little grand daughter  aged  8..Lily...was out for dinner in a restaurant...the waiter asked *What do you like with ..your apple pie....?**  thinking she would say...*ice cream* but she was   more ....practical... lily replied...*well..can I have..a  bowl.....and a Spoon...please...?**.....xx

music dogs prefer...for a car ride..:)  research  from Uni of west London.and of  Glasgow uni,scotland ,..studied types of music dogs like in the car.....! the polished sounds of the 70 s..and 80.s,,,,not heavy groups...Led Zeppelin..or AC,DC.....they found dogs exposed to certain music ...displayed positive  behavioural... changes..they prefer...

xx walking to school....mum was smiling at  5 yrs old oliver...and his sister  nicola...6....*discussing spiders...he was concerned....*How does the mummy spider get all her babies ...ready for school in time??....all those  shoes to put,..on??...in time to leave...well...*Nicola chipped in ..it would be ok.. by last day of term..the baby spiders....will have lost their  shoes.....??.....x hmm maybe xx..yes.......

...two legs are easier than  8:)!...

..mmm I love vapour rubs...and now research shows... it cures a *Low mood...*...scientists asked people to ..sniff.. Aromas........and they also  found  ..cinnamon..coffee..and lavender.....helped people access  positive memories.....stopping Negative thoughts..

.....so am out to buy some new Vick s vapour  rub ....xx:)
