A feeling of Bliss

For some it  is a popping champagne cork,,and others waking up to Bird song

Bliss arrives in many forms

 Research,[by muller milk products] showed..many people.love Fresh  new bed linen,,the smell and the touch,,,they love*

2, putting your feet up after a long day,,and soaking in a bubbble Bath,...

3,,hearing a loved one say..*I love you

4.a Kiss from a loved one

5 first coffee....a good laugh with your friends

6 freshly mown grass

7 hearing a baby laugh

8 sitting by a real fire..in winter,,cozy

9 a cuddle with children

1o. watching a beautiful view, a waterfalll..a sandy beach by your toes,,a glass of wine

11,,,a sunny pub garden with friends

12 a friendly pet dog to greet you,,

13 finishing a good book

14.winning some money in Lottery £10,,$20

15 eating a bar ,,of chocolate;...!

16,,ordering,,your favourite ..take away,,take out meal...

17 for Drivers ,,green lights

18 smell of newly baked bread......

a child recieving,,a good school report,,

..and many more,,in uk the smell of oranges   and cigars...at christmas..:)

Music Therapy ..

do you like to play music after a stressfull day.?

   We become contented if the music is   at a speed of 80 beats a minute

Its the rate which the baby hear s his mothers heart beat ..in the womb..:)

The feeling recallls the sensation of...Warmth   safety...and soothing  ..

 US research  showed music therapy..helps deal with physical and emotional issues

 such as Depression and Anxiety...

Singing Drumming..dancing,,,regulate stress,,,calm the mind,,

songs to ease the Blues are.

 Adele..*Chasing pavements*

Beatles,,*all my loving*

The Bangles..*Eternal   flame ...**

Wendy Thompson,,a British Therapist...says music  ,singing,,dancing,at 80 beats a minute..calms you down..it reminds you of the womb..

Depression can be caused by the environment

music can shift the environment,,,and ,change the Brain pattern..

..Music therapy demand has increased  70% in last ten years..

it has been used in childrens hospices 

and the one in East anglia,,England....which Kate...Duchess of Cambridge supports

have you heard  of some uses  GREEN tea

..to drink it...and prevent ..heart problems

 and a new one,,

 found by a uk Dr in sussex  ..dermatologist.Dr j ,Hextall..

 ..to be used on scar s,,

 it is a powerful anti,oxidant
