Big bells are impressive a foundry in London..has been casting bells since the reign of ELiz 1st[henry 8th daughter] in 1420 Big Ben is 13.5 tons,,,in the Elizabeth tower,in Westminster Palace in 1747 they cast bells for st Petersburg RUssia... in 1752,,,a 907 kg bell was cast for PHILadelphia ..US..where in 1776...the sounds rang out to residents..for the INDepemdence declaration.,, 10 bells were cast for Westminster abbey ,,,in 1971 Memoriall bells are cast too..for repatriation from soldiers ,,killed abroad..sad ...Many bell ringing occaisions are wonderful...weddings,,, coronations.. local evensong... which is your favourite ~~

squirrels look pretty,but we forget they are,,rodents ..! a shopkeeeper..in Toronto ,Canada...suffered the theft of ..50 .. chocolate bars,,,by a rogue rodent squirrel...! The owner Luke said,he just waltzed in and stole them ,,*! he asked for advice and ,, a deterrent...? so far,,latest suggestions include,,,get a pet Cat...! and ,,*close the door..!**

,,,, a recent avalanche,in central Italy....covered an Hotel and 9 people and families were rescued...[26 still missing,] in the town of Abruzzo..near Farindola The fire fighters rescued 9, victims from pockets of air They heard barking ,,,and pulled 3 puppies out of the air pocket...3 baby white fluffy sheepdogs...one month old.. The firemen hugged and kissed them...saying..this was a promising ...sign of life,, the parent dogs ,,,,*lupo..and nuvola* the hotel dogs*..were found wandering around the streets of the village .below.:) The pups had been under the snow for 5 days what a miracle..:) !
