Some cmas candy ..Polar Bear mints,, a nice gift too...:) first you need 250g icing sugar 1 beaten EGG wwhite. some drops of peppermint essence 15 chocolate beans..in blue..green colour...:) ~~ sieve icing sugar in bowl.mix in egg white it should feel like ,,Dough.. ADD some PEPPermint Essence .make 15 balls with half the mixture..[size of a cherry] Flatten them to make..the bear Heads :)Place them on a baking Tray...then make more SMall balls and make the bear snouts..! ADD CHOc,, beans for the Noses... use rest of Mixt..to make ears...xx .Leave the Polar Bears to Dry out for 4 hours.. and eat ! them within a month!...xx ,,~~.....ENJoy xx...~~

a year ago ..Paris suffered a terrible attack.. on a nightclub ..BATCLAN *club.. *Sting* has been back to perform a concert to give support to the people and now a hero...has come to light.... he climbed out of a window,,onto a ledge he saw a woman on a ledge...he pulled her in to safety,,,,, and now he knows ....this girl has given birth to a baby girl !,, he said ..**I am not a hero..but I have a friend for life,,!** ~~~ what a Hero!! ~~
