some Fun and interesting,,Omens...old and new,,, and superstitions,,about a Brides Wedding Day ,,She should wear a veil...her grandma wore...for good luck.. we like to have a chimney sweep,,present on the day[ dick van dyke will do..!] They should pick a day...when the Moon is Rising..for good luck..promises ..good Fortune for the couple Have the ceremony late in the day... in the old days ...this was to enable the bride and family to clean the .House..but nowadays...its to allow the Groom to recover...from his Bachelors night ,,,out ..lol...! The Dress...white is the lucky colour for Brides in a formal wedding.. in the West.. but any colour is ok..for informal ceremonies...except..Red ..or Black.. Black symbolises , death Red symbolises the Devil..?..it will be unlucky..Her husband will fight with her on their first Anniversary..:( ,Jewellery .The bride should wear ear rings,,but shoudnt wear Pearls...pearls...symbolise tears,,, Good luck Animals ..if you see them on the way to the Church....are....
