 but.. more people have Nightmares ,on this side....[40%]

**Foetal position..curled up in a ball....

Prof Chris Idikowski,  sleep expert, says people are conscientious types..and they deal with stress and concerns ,,overnight..,,,and feel refreshed,the next morning,,:)

They may have neck pain ..osteopaths ,,say,,so need a pillow...

**Front..people who sleep on their front...are in *Free fall* position...its good for Indigestion,,,and sleeping after a big meal....

Research found  by Hong Kong Uni..showed,,, the people who sleep,,,on their Front..

  have the  most ,,EXciting,,Dreams ,,,:)

.Chiropractors,,,say its not a good ..Breathing,,position..

 ..

** Right side,,,,is good and helps people with  high  Blood Pressure...and helps prevent Alzheimers   disease,,there is more room for the Heart   and Brain....[USA  research]

25% of waste products are lost from the brain .iin this position..

 altho..in New Zealand..Auckland,, UNi.. said  its not good for Pregnant ladies...as there is less blood flow...for the    babies ,,,not good

I thought it was an exotic Cocktail..

 Now I,m told...they are ...very good for you..:)

They contain ,,tea,, coconut water,,Vodka coconut MIlk,,

Pineapple ,,Ice ,juice of Lemon

..~~

.Tea is rich in Anti,oxidants,,,that lowers the cholesterol...and so it  fights cancer too

Coconut water.is fat free,,and high in Minerals,,,

 Potassium and Magnesium..

 good for bones,,and joints,,,and bromelain   ,,which  aids digestion...

.The lighter,,,Coconut Milk,is low in calories,and has fortified vits ,,,

Fresh PIneapple   and Lemon ,,,added ,,,  then 30 ml Vodka...you have 2/3 of your daily quota of vitamin C...
