Spring someday. Now we still have snow on ground. The aroma of cold. Mud covered plants are all that can be seen. Birds trill. The sun is bright and the sky blue. The air is cool, the snow is falling. I know the daffodils will soon peep up, the yellow and tulip hues will be a welcome sight for snow sore eyes. Then the petals of blooms will show themselves. Colourful. Anticipate all flowers also one perfect sweet rose bud. written by Sassysue for spirit free sunny sunday

My mind a tangled web of your soul’s worst nightmare. You will not escape. Into my clutches your blackest despair, squeezed by my tormented wrath. Don’t attempt to flee, or beseech to the Divine. Your fate and death. Mine. SassySue 2011

Into my sleep you did creep. Into my dreams you danced. I smelled your memories, Playing by the sea, In a land far away. You touched my soul. You felt my dreams. The taste of your yesterdays, old, earthen, dark in my mind. Like whispers in my heart. I held up my neck, smooth and ever so soft. You bit. Crimson droplets on my pillow. Finally !! Breaking free of the mortal soul, leaving behind earthly woes. Freedom! My lover! We shalll walk forever into the good night. SassySue 2011

I A stroll in the forest. Leaves in trees, lazily flutter, branches squeak playing hide and seek, creatures scamper. mind’s soothing thoughts nestle, gentle breezes brush skin, twittering of bird calls, shadows play in the sun, nature’s scents tickle, bright hills dappled. II Forest adorned in a cowl. nose twitches; fetid air. Shadows ooze; a cellar’s chill. the sun bows to the moon. The mind grows restless. Claws scurry to shelter. The hoot of the owl; souls whisper. Hairs prickle the skin. Screams of crunching twigs; Leaves howl Flee

Mean, red, heaven’s eye Wind moans, pierces with death grip Trees shine icy, encrusted Pastel blue, smells sweet Hear the kind air, taste the sea Sun warms, buds stretch up to touch
