Hi Ally, I hope your Tuesday was a good one. Mine’s been a little busier than usual—since we had the long weekend, I ended up catching extra work at the hospital on Monday, so things have felt a bit non-stop. On top of that, the weather here in Florida has been intense—really hot and now constant rain after the tropical storm that came through over the weekend. Hoping it settles down soon. all week is going to be too hot , i like the tempture like 70 . i do like the summer but not over 100. iam glad i got the short hair cut. i got a few new shorts from amazon yesterday. i dont walk in this heat stay in AC.
i weigh myself this morning scale said 141 i hope i stay in that goal . try my best. i feel so sad about teaxs flood those children andothers lost in the floods praying for all. GOD blessings to all. keep cool and safe. love mary
