Okay they BLASTED out the Cataract material & washed & scooped out the debris & then slid a clean optic lens into the vacant area! Didn't feel a thing(I was pumped FULL of Happy Juice at the time. In fact the only real Pain was from removing the tape that held in the IV! =Still not out of the dark yet. I have to use Powerful eyedrops regularly to fend off Infection. There are 3 different components, one being a Steroi! I just hope I don't get those Muscle-Eyes! - I still have a white smokey haze in my field of vision. It could take weeks, a month or even longer to clear away! It's very difficult typing this thing, it's hard to see clearly with the haze! Just wanted everyone to know I made it through & I missed all of you. I'll write more when I'm able & can see what the heck I'm doing, okay? Sorry for the typos, I didn't 'see' any.
...gald your eye surgery is over, Steve and you are on your way to a good recovery...just do what you need to do for a while and all will turn out just fine...sending healing vibes your way, my friend!
