Hi ! my sweet friend, 

My last few days are going well...

a bit of a "rush" to find those last Christmas gifts before the possible bad weather arrives...

It's not raining... so it's perfect!

My hair is holding up... I haven't gotten soaked... so I don't look like a dog that fell into a duck pond... 

Of course, in the evening, after exhausting days walking around the shops (thank goodness for shopping carts!), I'm wiped out..

But I feel happy: I managed to do what I wanted every day this week...

And tomorrow, it continues...

I can't forget to buy wrapping paper to make pretty gifts!

Pompon, my fur baby, comes to remind me... "Mommy, it's time for bed!"

So, I'll obey my lovely passycat . He is right !!!  He is so lovely , taking care of his Mom... !

Fridays are always so exciting!  Even when you are retired, you know the weekend is almost here.

But we must always take time to be thankful for the small things in life.  

Everyone knows December means Christmas is almost here and it's time to celebrate the birth of Jesus our Savior.  

Kids will be watching the sky for Santa in his sled full of toys because the children are all trying to be good this month.  

December is a month to enjoy every day to celebrate each day with the friends who mean the most to you.  Blessings & Hugs & Kisses too!

Hi Beth! I saw my primary care doctor this morning, he gave me a steroid shot and a prescription to help me fight off this cold...he did tell me that my lungs didn't sound congestive, so that was good. All in all, it was a productive visit for me. And maybe I'll be over the cold before my knee surgery is scheduled. As of 2:00 this afternoon, still hadn't heard from the surgery coordniator, maybe they are waiting for Medicare to approve or disapprove my knee surgery....

We got a dusting of snow this morning. It has already melted. Its 30 degrees here right now and only going to get up to 38. I'm feeling much better today. I was so achy yesterday and the right side of my throat is still lightly red. I've been gargling with salt water and last night I had some chicken noodle soup for supper. I've got some hamburger thawing out so I can make us a hamburger pizza for supper. How are you doing? How is the weather in your area? Well enjoy the rest of your day my friend and take care.
