Hello Cheryl. It wasn't as warm in Concord, NC where I live as it was where you live. It was only in the 40s today. That is cold for this time of year here. My day revolved around taking care of my husband who had cataract surgery yesterday. I thought he might be cranky and miserable today, but he was just so happy to be able to see something out of his right eye again, even though it was blurry.........Three hearts, one cuddle---the sweetest way to say Good Night.
Hello Cheryl, cold and breezy here to but not as cold as you have it. The leaves are flying here, along with everything else that isn't very secure. I love flannel sheets too, they are nice and warm in the winter and cool in the summer since they are made of cotton.
Good Morning ...I opened up my front door this morning and took this picture...I love the look of fresh snow...always so pretty :-) Hope you have a good day and new week..hugs
A new week.starting off chilly here, but we will see another gradual warm up mid week. Got more leaves raked yesterday afternoon. The acorns have been falling like crazy. Never have seen this many before. Winter seems to be forecasted as being a mild one again. Time will tell. Have a wonderful day.
Welcome to a cold Fall day, yes Monday is back again. I hope it will be a good week for all of us!
This picture of the moon was taken a month ago. How does time keep getting faster and faster?
That framework was built over 20 years ago. The lattis does need replacing but it is still hanging in there. The plastic is now 6 mil and almost too heavy for us but it sure does keep the warmth inside.
All the big plants were moved to the front a couple of days ago. Now they are all snug in the garage and in a day or two will be able to go back outside in the sun.
I might have a few Airplane plants if anyone wants to come pick some up. I also have about 6 other big Airplane plants scattered around and to give away.
My favorite yellow roses are blooming. I am so glad that they don't mind cold weather. I have these two bushes and 2 more big yellow roses bushes out near the fence. I hope you enjoy seeing what we have been doing around the yard this week.
