Hello Cheryl. Sure sounds like your weather is nasty with the humidity. I hope it has improved. No I’ve not hear of Ozempic. It sounds as though you had quite a reaction from it. I hope you are feeling much better now. Very overcast here this afternoon but continues to be dry. Rain is falling in a few areas but is passing us by. It was Fathers day here last Sunday and we all went to lunch at a Pub in a town 20 miles south. Enjoy your day. Hugs Pat.
Our temps have dropped for now..low 80's with low humidity. We droooed to 57 last night. But we will gradually warm back up to high 80's by end of this week. I'll be glad when we can cut the ac off.
I went back to Holland "lake" (it's more like a large pond) to start back to walking, it's been a year since I had to quit walking around the lake, due to getting a bad knee injury, then my bad left foot...I didn't push myself, just a short walk...felt good to get back out in nature, especially with the temps being in the 60's during the morning hours! I hope you enjoy your day, whatever you decide to do.
just got finished with my physical therapy, (I go every Tuesday & Thursday mornings) so I thought I'd pop on your page to wish you a wondeful day! hugs, Deb
It is already Tuesday and the days are flying by. I spent yesterday watching hummingbirds. I had 5-6 of them chasing each other in the cool weather.
Of course, I probably looked like it was a spa day after taking pictures of The Corn moon and a late football game that was very exciting to the last seconds of the game.
Today after Tacos will be a good day just to chill and sip something delicious.
While tomorrow will be warmer and back to more of a popsicle day again.
Of course, everyday is a good day for kisses and smooches so share your smile and let your light shine.
