Thankful Thursday is here. Oh my what a beautiful day the Lord has made for us today!
Let's start this day full steam ahead. The next thing you know it will be the weekend.
There are so many things to be thankful for today. The rains we have had recently have filled all the lakes (except 3) in our area to overflowing and made all the flowers so happy that they are blooming.
Most of my friends have seen sightings of a hummingbird. I have seen many of them but I spend time within 4' of two feeders most days sunning or reading or talking on the phone or to Jesus.
They are so beautiful when the sunlight hits their feathers just right. However, they are very territorial and when they chase each other away from the feeder, there are times they come within inches of my face.
No matter what kind of a day you are having, if you count your blessings by giving thanks, it will help you to forgive and forget your problems and add joy to your day. The choice is yours and God is waiting to hear from you.
Your Bandit was just precious. I can't believe how much your grandkids have grown. They look like they enjoy life. I still haven't made it to Walmart to look or the solar flowers. Thanks for sharing!
So pleased you had the rain that you wanted. Our year has been very dry too and we badly need good heavy rains. Well, it’s been rather a cooler day here with a fine misty rain that is quite useless. Have completed the vacuaming and packed away half of the summer clothing replacing with the warmer ones. Then had an appointment with the podiatrist. Back home now and thinking of dinner.
