Hello Renata! I'm so very happy with my weight loss, even though it's a lot slower than I would like it to be! I have lost 22 lbs since December! I really started in November, but only "half hearted", and got serious in Dec. before my knee surgery.  I only got 20 more to go before the doctor will be happy! YEA ME!

and from the kitchen, I can see it reads 41°C... and it’s only 2 PM...

Can you guess if it’s hot? ...

What will it read later this evening? ...

I think Mr. Sun wants to have a barbecue... with us on the grill...

After winter, we sigh: "Sun, when will you come back?"
...but now, I sigh: "Sun... when will you leave?"

Luckily, I have A/C... but my poor Pompon is outside... I don't know where...

Yesterday I made him stay indoors...

but very early this morning (5 AM), he said to himself: "She won't catch me to-day

 This is the ideal place to be to cope with today's weather...
