I ended up buying No_Rrinse waterless shampoo from amazon for bentley and that's what I use

It is WHAlL brand  the one I use is Coconut Lime

You shake, put it on , it's foam, rub it through, than dry with towel, they don't get real wet with it,and they are clean,

and I never put inside of ear. I learned  he was sensitive,

When I adopted him it was what the owner left with his stuff. so they knew he had issues,
