Hallo lieve mensen, ik hoop dat jullie genieten van de rest van deze zondag. Beter laat dan nooit, toch? Ik was in Zandvoort – waar de laatste autoraces op 20 augustus plaatsvinden – en we gaan erheen. Jammer van de kosten – leuk, maar duur – maar het is tenslotte onze Max Verstappen, dus we gaan. Temps have dropped to 78 degrees now!! After high 80's and 90's feels heavenly!! We are fine and I pray all of you are also!! Have a class luncheon to attend on Tuesday. A funeral on Wednesday. A memorial for a loved one of a lady in church on Saturday followed by a dinner. A busy week, much to pray about!! Hugs Shirley
Lorri, hope your weekend is rejuvenating. I have been indoors for the past few days due to air alerts. It's been hazy & the smell of musty campfire & plastic burning is pungent. I pray for the Canadians--as well as the wildlife--directly affected by the fires, esp. the Namaygoosisagagun First Nation.
