I am fighting sleeping during the movie, that's why I ended up getting on my computer, (thank goodness for lap tops!) so I can keep watching! I usually record all the old movies, so I can watch at my leisure, and if it's got commercials, I can fast forward through them! I don't think I've ever seen this movie, I had thought I had seen them all at least a dozen times! LOL!

That was actually a good movie...I'm a sucker for old movies and the black and white classics. An Affair to Remember, to this day, still brings tears lol...enjoy the nice weather my friend...after 4 straight days of storms on my end, it's finally feeling like normal fall weather again. Must have been a heckuva cold front. Feel like a nap? Give in to it...you can always finish the movie later Big hugs!
Hi Trisha! it's a beautiful sunny day here in my part of Texas...not too hot either, (or humid!) I'm watching an old movie, (1941) I recorded last night, "The Devil and Daniel Webster"... I'm trying real hard not to take a nap while it's on! LOL! enjoy your day!
When all the trees have been cut down, when all the animals have been hunted, when all the waters are polluted, when all the air is unsafe to breathe, only then will you discover you cannot eat money.
― Cree Prophecy
The Courageous Seedling In a dense forest, a tiny seedling sprouted amidst towering trees. It looked up at them, feeling small and insignificant. However, the seedling was determined to grow tall and strong like its surroundings. It faced storms, lack of sunlight, and even ridicule from other plants. But it persisted, its roots digging deep into the earth. Years passed, and one day, a massive tree fell during a storm, creating an opening in the canopy. The determined seedling finally received its chance to reach for the sky. With unwavering resolve, it grew rapidly, utilizing the newfound sunlight and space. The seedling transformed into a magnificent tree, inspiring all who witnessed its journey – a symbol of perseverance and the incredible potential hidden within even the smallest beginnings.
