yes, Trisha, my doctor told me to walk a little bit every hour, while I'm awake, but not to overdo...she said she didn't want me to walk aroumd the yard yet, only in the house, and to do a few exercises once a day...so I'm doing that to a tee! The bulk padding and wrap are really loose since the swelling went down, I have to keop pulliing everythnig up, LOL but, I did take a peek of my knee, only have 4 stitches, 2 on each side of the cap, it looks worse on the underside, that's where the worst bruising is, oh, and on my arm and right hand that the 1st two IV's failed and had to be taken out.. those are really brusied up. I can take it all of it off tomorrow but keep the wrap on most of the day...don't know why...but I'm good at following doctor's orders LOL!

Hi Deb! I'm so glad you were able to sleep and that the swelling is down...are you taking steps? My daughter had to walk back and forth a few times every few hours to get the circulation going. Physical therapy will really help alot as well. xoxo
