Hello,  happy Friday and weekend! I apologize

for my absence. My doctor recommended rest

because my back is in very bad shape and

requires surgery, as it has worsened. I always

think of my friends. The first step before changing

our lives is to accept our reality as it is; without

acceptance, there can be no change. Life is too

The weather over here in Ireland is beautiful at the moment.  Lovely and hot.  l sit in the shade because l don't like too much heat but l would be tempted to jump into that lovely sea in the background.
