I apologize for being MIA this past week. I wasn’t feeling well, as many of you know, I’ve been dealing with some back issues and attending physical therapy sessions. Unfortunately, the sessions seemed to irritate my central nerves and made things worse. I was put on a prednisone treatment along with muscle relaxers, which left me pretty drowsy.
Thank you so much, my Boomer friends, for all the love and for checking in on me. Your messages truly meant a lot
Hi, Myriam. Yes, there was a Gospel feel to uch of the program, but it was much more sophisticated than what one might hear at a simple Gospel religious service. The soloists are pictured here.
How's your weekend going, Myriam?! I took in a great performance last night at Boston Symphony Hall! (12 degree (F) temperature did not deter me!) Enjoy your Sunday! :) xox
Yes, despite everything, all is okay...it is still so cold, even with the heat working...I am wearing 3 layers and staying warm...my home has only a crawlspace underneath, so the floors, even though carpeted, stay cold. I am taking it day by day, but in a good mood. How can I not be with such a good friend?

I Thank you so much! I am glad I asked about it. I may have to have a hot coco instead of coffee today after drooling over that chocolate!
