Good Morning Deb..Going to be a busy day here...Have to be at the senior living place this morning for my MIL physical therapy and give them back the book they said they needed...I took it home thinking it was mine..lol..Then have to go back around 4 because they have a new doctor starting at the facility and she wants us there to meet her..I am already tired..Have a good day my friend...Hope all is well with you! It sure was cold when we woke up this morning. It has warmed up to 63 but its a bit breezy so its a little chilly. I have had a busy day running errands. Glad that is all done. I'm doing good today. I only take a muscle relaxer when my back is really hurting me. How is your day been ? Don't have to buy groceries tomorrow as my husband and I did them last night. Going to go see our Son , Trey and his wife Tiffany and of cours the granddog Aurura. Well enjoy the rest of your day my friend and take care.

Very windy and cold here today. After our very warm temps earlier, it was expected this would happen. Moving better..the therapy is a game changer. Doing the spinal decompression every other visit. Getting a haircut in Wednesday. It's grown so fast. How's your knee?
