Hi there. The weather has been crazy here. Yesterday it got up to 105F and then last night it got very windy. Today has only gotten up in the 50's and breezy with clouds. Don't know about this Oklahma weather. Just crazy. I had physical therapy yesterday and oh was I sore last night. My legs and lower back were so achy. Feel a little better today. I go back on Tuesday at 1 pm. He said my knees and lower back are week, so we are working on strenthing those muscles. Enjoy the rest of your day my friend and have a good weekend. Take care.
