Hi Deb...Hope you had a good day..Went to see my MIL for a short while...then went to eat..started looking for a car but gezzz...sooooo expensive..and I am sure will be more soon..I have no clue what I would even want...I know not  new one..lol..as long as it gets me where I need to go which is just around here...its good enough for me..Sleep well my friend

I have never tried it from the bottle itself , but i have  3 out of the 4 ingredients  listed below to take if im in pain. Tumeric , Alpha Lipoc Acid  (Omega 3)  ,  Resveratrol, and Icarin

Do you have a cat?  Does it wake you up?  We have 3 (5) dogs but we are feeding the neighbor's cat, Gus!  

Cats seem to be just as lazy as dogs.  Hard to believe how many hours a day animals sleep.  Not me though!!!

It is much easier to draw a cat face, they are all similar.  Dogs are all so different!
