Hello there. I just finished changing the layout and graphics on my page. Its gone green. I hope you have had a good day. Mine was okay. I did some house cleaning. Don't know why I dusted. Its been so windy here. But everything looks better. I have a doctor appoinmet in the morning at 11. Hopefully he can tell me what is going on with my lower back. I need some relief and a good nights sleep. Well you take my friend and enjoy your evening.

Have a beautiful day.  My Cyclamen Plant.  Colder weather on the way very soon!  This sure has been wonderful.  

Sunny skies and 74 today. Tomorrow, 78. Of course we see cooler temps by the weekend. Hubby's appt went well today. Got stitches removed. No appts next week, but the following he will see the surgeon for a followup. I started my chiropractic maintenance program yesterday. Going 2 x week for the next 9 weeks. The spinal decompression machine is a game changer. Hope your week has been good.  -:)
