Start with just the 5lb hand weights...that might even be too much at first...I actually started with 1lb weights and held 2 in each hand. I really felt that 2lbs after a few rounds! Now I work with 10ibs in each hand for upper body. Slow and careful wins the race...You will know best what works for you!

I'm still doing it Trisha! (barely LOL) I need to get some hand weights, to help build my strength up...when I start using those, it's going to be really hard at first because I'll tire out easier...but, I'm trying to stay determined!
Good afternoon to you. Has Physical Therapy this morning. I can tell it sure is helping me. Not much pain anymore. Its kind of humid here this afternoon. I don't care for humidity unless it will bring us some rain. My washer has been having problems and hopefully this week someone will come and look at it. This is a short note as I am sleepy. That's what Physical Therapy does to me. I didn't sleep good last night anyway. Enjoy your afternoon my friend and take care.--Cheryl--
